Gretchen Van Ness, Esq. is a solo practitioner in Boston concentrating in
the areas of employment discrimination and civil rights, small business counseling,
and general litigation. She served as a member of the plaintiff's legal team
in the much-publicized case of Hurley v. Irish-American Gay, Lesbian & Bi-Sexual
Group of Boston, and she has authored related and other timely articles.
Ms. Van Ness received her Juris Doctor form Boston College where she remained
an active alumnus for many years.
