Research Projects
To promote intensive study and dialogue about pressing issues in health care, the American Society of Law, Medicine & Ethics participates in research projects. Currently, the Society is spearheading the following research project:
DNA Fingerprinting and Civil Liberties ELSI Grant
The Project on Legal Constraints on Access
to Effective Pain Relief
which is generously supported by the Mayday Fund. This project is currently
sponsoring original research from nationally recognized scholars.
