Conference Description:
This one-day program will include live lectures, panel discussions and question-and-answer sessions. The program seeks to provide a national overview of the various legal approaches state attorneys general are taking in their increased oversight of not-for-profit entities, specifically in the health care sector. The program will describe the recent spate of activity, and explore the arguments on either side of attorneys general aggressive interpretation of state corporate and charitable trust laws.
